04:41 PM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oportun (OPRT) said late Thursday it closed an offering of $538 million of two-year revolving fixed-rate asset-backed notes secured by installment loans.
The issue has a weighted average coupon rate of 5.23% annually and comprises five classes of notes, according to the company.
Class A notes were priced at 4.49%, class B notes at 4.93%, class C notes at 5.18%, class D notes at 5.91%, and class E notes at 9.20%, the company said.
After Q2 and the latest asset-backed securitization transaction, the company said it proactively paid $10 million toward the $27.5 million in mandatory corporate loan payments due by Jan. 2026.
