OppFi Board Approves Increase of Share Repurchase Program to $40 Million

07:24 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OppFi ( OPFI ) said Tuesday that its board has approved a $20 million increase to its existing share repurchase program, bringing the total authorization to $40 million.

The company said it has already repurchased about 1.4 million shares of its Class A common stock for about $7.6 million under the program.

The company's share price was up 1.4% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
