07:51 AM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OR Royalties ( OR ) traded 2% higher at last look Tuesday in New York Stock Exchange pre-market trading as the company reported a record preliminary revenues in the third quarter.
The company booked revenues from royalties and streams of US$71.6 million, a quarterly record, rising from $42.0 million a year ago.
OR earned 20,326 attributable gold equivalent ounces while preliminary cost of sales (excluding depletion) totaled $2.4 million, resulting in a quarterly cash margin of about $69.3 million.
As of Sept. 30, OR said its cash position was about $57.0 million, following repayment of the outstanding balance on the company's revolving credit facility during the third quarter.
Therefore, OR said its revolving $650.0 million credit facility plus the uncommitted accordion of $200.0 million was entirely undrawn as at the end of the third quarter.
The company will release its third-quarter results on Nov. 5 after market close.
