09:27 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle (ORCL) and financial software and technology firm Alviere have signed a multi-year agreement to embed Alviere's regulated payment services into Oracle's industry application suites, Alviere said Tuesday

The deal will enable businesses using Oracle software to access services such as card issuance, domestic and international payments, pay-by-bank options and treasury functions within their existing workflows, it added.

As part of the agreement, Oracle will join a new investment round in Alviere alongside existing investors, the company said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
