Oracle Fiscal Q2 Earnings, Revenue Rise -- Shares Fall After Hours

04:12 PM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle (ORCL) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Monday of $1.47 per diluted share, up from $1.34 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.48.

Revenue for the quarter ended Nov. 30 was $14.06 billion, up from $12.94 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $14.12 billion.

The company maintained its quarterly cash dividend at $0.40 per share, payable on Jan. 23 to stockholders of record as of Jan. 9.

Oracle shares were down more than 9% in after-hours activity.
