Revenue for the quarter ended Nov. 30 was $14.06 billion, up from $12.94 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $14.12 billion.
The company maintained its quarterly cash dividend at $0.40 per share, payable on Jan. 23 to stockholders of record as of Jan. 9.
Oracle shares were down more than 9% in after-hours activity.
