Oracle Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Rise, Dividend Boosted -- Shares Drop After Hours

04:18 PM EDT, 03/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle (ORCL) late Monday reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income of $1.47 per diluted share, up from $1.41 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet, on average, expected $1.49.

Revenue for the quarter ended Feb. 28 was $14.13 billion, compared with $12.28 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $14.38 billion.

The business software company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share, representing a 25% increase over the prior quarter, payable April 23 to shareholders of record on April 10.

Oracle shares were 4% lower in after-hours session.
