04:46 PM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle (ORCL) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $1.63 per diluted share, down from $1.67 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.65.
Revenue for the quarter ended May 31 was $14.29 billion, up from $13.84 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $14.57 billion.
The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.40 per share, payable July 25 to shareholders of record on July 11.
Additionally, Oracle said it entered into a partnership under which Microsoft's ( MSFT ) Azure Al platform will be extended to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to provide additional capacity for Microsoft ( MSFT )-backed OpenAl.
Oracle also said it partnered with Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google ( GOOG ) to offer customers an option to combine Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Google Cloud technologies to help accelerate their application migrations and modernization.
Financial terms of both deals weren't disclosed.
Shares of Oracle were up nearly 8% in recent after-hours activity.
