Oracle Says Entered Into Pact With Microsoft for Supply Chain Efficiency

08:45 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle (ORCL) said Wednesday it is collaborating with Microsoft ( MSFT ) to develop an integration blueprint to help manufacturers improve supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.

The company said this partnership aims to help organizations using its Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing platform improve data-driven decision making and automate key supply chain processes by providing access to live insights from factory equipment and sensors through Azure IoT Operations and Microsoft Fabric.

Oracle shares were up more than 1% in recent premarket activity.
