04:06 AM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle (ORCL) said late Thursday it signed a new lease within The Neuhoff District in Nashville, Tennessee.

With the signing of the new 116,000 square foot lease, Oracle will have an office capacity of about 2,000 seats in the city throughout three locations, according to the company.

Oracle also said its new space at Neuhoff will oversee the development of its new headquarters along the Cumberland River's east bank.
