Oragenics Stock Falls After Public Offering Priced to Raise $4.45 Million

11:26 AM EDT, 09/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oragenics ( OGEN ) shares fell 46% in recent Wednesday trading after the company priced a public offering of about 8.11 million shares at $0.55 apiece for gross proceeds of $4.45 million.

Net proceeds will be used to fund the development of the company's ONP-002 product candidate and for general corporate purposes and working capital, Oragenics ( OGEN ) said Wednesday.

The offering is expected to close around Thursday.

Price: 0.58, Change: -0.50, Percent Change: -46.26
