Orange County Bancorp Launches Public Share Offering

04:11 PM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Orange County Bancorp ( OBT ) said late Tuesday it has launched a public share offering, with Piper Sandler and Stephens as joint book-running managers.

The company said it plans to grant the underwriters an option to purchase additional shares.

Orange County Bancorp ( OBT ) said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
