12:58 PM EDT, 10/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Orange (ORAN) said in a filing on Friday that its American depositary shares were delisted from the New York Stock Exchange after closing on Thursday.
The company made a voluntary request to delist its ADSs from the exchange on Oct. 7, according to the filing.
Orange said it has not terminated a sponsored American depositary receipt facility regarding its ordinary shares. It is also applying for the termination of reporting obligations to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
