10:40 AM EDT, 10/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Orangekloud Technology ( ORKT ) said Friday that it signed an agreement to invest 1 million Singapore dollars ($760,000) for a 3.2% stake in cybersecurity company Evvo Labs.

The investment will allow OrangeKloud ( ORKT ) to use Evvo Labs' cybersecurity capabilities to improve its digital transformation services, according to the statement. The companies said they expect the agreement to yield "positive synergies" for both parties.
