06:09 AM EDT, 04/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OraSure Technologies ( OSUR ) said Thursday evening that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with shareholder Altai Capital Management.

Under the terms of the agreement, Altai will withdraw its director nominations ahead of OraSure's ( OSUR ) annual shareholder meeting, and members of OraSure's ( OSUR ) board and management team will regularly meet with Altai to discuss financial and strategic matters, the company said.

The agreement includes standstill, voting, and other provisions, the company said.

In connection with the agreement, OraSure ( OSUR ) said it appointed John Bertrand to its board as an independent director, effective immediately.
