12:52 PM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Orca Energy Group (ORC-A.V) shares are up over 13% on Tuesday after declaring a $1.00 per share special dividend per Class A voting share and Class B subordinate voting share.

This reflects the Company's strengthened cash position following significant progress made throughout the year on the collection of outstanding arrears," chief executive Jay Lyons said.

Shares of Orca Energy Group, a company engaged in natural gas exploration and development in Tanzania, were last seen up $0.50 to $4.10 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
