Orestone Mining to Raise $2 Million Through a Non-Brokered Private Placement; Shares down 10%

01:49 PM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Orestone Mining ( ORESF ) on Friday said it will seek up to $2 million in a non-brokered private placement of share units.

The company will issue up to 25-million units priced at $0.08 each and made up of a share and a one-year warrant to buy a share for $0.16.

The company plans to use the proceeds from the offering to further develop its Francisca property in Salta Province, Argentina, to further develop its Captain property in British Columbia and for general administrative expenses and working capital purposes.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $0.085 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
