10:27 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OrganiGram ( OGI ) said Tuesday it acquired Collective Project Limited for upfront consideration of about CA$6.2 million ($4.3 million) in cash on a debt-free basis.

The acquisition includes potential milestone and earnout payments totaling CA$24 million, the Canadian cannabis company said.

With the acquisition, OrganiGram ( OGI ) said it gains a footprint in the

hemp-derived THC beverage category in the US and the Canadian cannabis beverage category.
