Organigram Enters U.S. Through Acquisition of Collective Project Beverages

08:27 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Organigram Global (OGI.TO) on Tuesday said it has acquired Collective Project Beverages for $6.2 million. The brand, which is listed at Top Ten Liquors in Minnesota and Total Wines in North Carolina, South Carolina and Indiana, marks Organigram's ( OGI ) commercial entry into the U.S.

The acquisition, which includes potential milestone and earnout payments totaling of up to $24 million, also signals Organigram's ( OGI ) entry into the cannabis beverage category in Canada.

Collective Project was launched by Collective Arts, an Ontario-based company founded in 2013, and features cannabis and hemp-derived infused sparkling juices, teas and sodas.

The company's shares were last seen down US$0.01, to US$1.00 in U.S. pre-market trading.
