08:55 AM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Organigram Holdings ( OGI ) said Tuesday it has signed a three-year supply agreement with Avida Medical, a full-service medical cannabis and specials medicines production company, in the UK.

Under the terms, the company intends to provide Avida Medical with 1,700 kilograms of dried cannabis flower in the UK for three years, Organigram ( OGI ) added.

In the first year of the agreement, Organigram ( OGI ) said it anticipates providing 500 kilograms of dried cannabis flower.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

Organigram's ( OGI ) stock rose 2.8% in recent premarket activity.
