05:04 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Organto Foods ( OGOFF ) on Tuesday said it swung to a second-quarter loss on charges.
The company reported a net loss of $7.4 million for the quarter, compared with a year-prior loss of $2.1 million. It said the loss included $4.5 million in one-time charges,
Revenue rose 291% to $17.2 million from $4.4 million.

These results are the result of the extensive restructuring and business realignment we've executed over the past 18 months, which we believe sets a solid foundation for sustained growth, stability, and a clear path to profitability." Co-chair and CEO Steve Bromley said.
The company's shares closed up $0.01 to $0.75 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
