Orgenesis Shares Jump After Harley Street Agrees to Invest $10 Million, Form JV

01:03 PM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Orgenesis ( ORGS ) shares jumped 12% in recent Wednesday trading after the company announced a $10 million investment from Harley Street Healthcare Group as part of a partnership agreement.

The agreement would see both sides form a joint venture that would offer wellness and longevity therapies to clients in major parts of the world, including the UK, Canada, and Middle East and North Africa regions.

Orgenesis ( ORGS ) and the joint venture will receive the investment from Harley Street over three years.

The joint venture will be 49% owned by Orgenesis ( ORGS ), with the rest owned by Harley Street. It will operate under a health-wellness-as-a-service business model beginning services by the end of 2024.
