Origin Agritech Names Weibin Yan CEO

09:49 AM EDT, 08/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Origin Agritech ( SEED ) said Friday that it has appointed Weibin Yan as the new chief executive, effective immediately.

Yan, who is currently the vice-chairman of the Hunan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, succeeds Gengchen Han, who will continue as chairman of the Origin Agritech's ( SEED ) board.
