05:54 PM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Origin Bancorp ( OBK ) said Monday five of its board members will not stand for reelection at the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders, decreasing its size to 11 from 16 directors.

The company said the board size was reduced as part of a strategic initiative and is not a result of "any disagreement" with the outgoing directors.

The company expects to hold its 2025 annual meeting on April 23.
