Orion Properties Provides Leasing Updates; to Release Q1 Results in May

02:10 PM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Orion Properties ( ONL ) on Thursday provided highlights for 2025 through April 10, 2025.

The company said it closed the sale of three vacant properties totaling 287,000 square feet for a gross price of $19.1 million.

In the same period, it completed roughly 425,000 square feet of leasing with a weighted average lease term of 7.7 years, according to a statement.

Cash on hand and balance on a revolving facility totaled $243.9 million, the company said.

The company said it will release Q1 results on May 7.

Shares were up 2.7% in recent Friday trading.
