08:37 AM EST, 02/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orion Resource Partners on Friday said that Orion Mine Finance Fund IV LP, an entity managed by Orion Mine Finance Management LP, on Feb. 12, 2026, sold a total of 23.1 million common shares of Hemlo Mining ( TPNEF ) at a price of C$6.45 each for aggregate gross proceeds of around C$148.99 million in a private transaction.

A statement noted that, immediately following the transaction, Orion beneficially owned 23.1 million common shares, representing approximately 7.82% of Hemlo's issued and outstanding common shares, which is a decrease of approximately 7.81% in Orion's security holding percentage in respect of the common shares.

Immediately prior to the transaction, Orion beneficially owned 46.2 million common shares, representing approximately 15.63% of Hemlo's issued and outstanding common shares, noted the statement.

In connection with the transaction, Orion agreed, subject to certain limited exceptions, not to sell any common shares for a period of 60 days following the transaction.
