05:06 AM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Orla Mining ( ORLA ) completed its all-stock acquisition of Contact Gold, the two companies said Monday.

Under a court-approved plan of arrangement between the two Canadian precious metals mining firms, Contact is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orla. Contact shareholders received 0.0063 shares of Orla common stock in exchange for each of their shares.
