parent company of Unipetrol in the Czech Republic, said on

Wednesday that a drop in flows via the Druzhba pipeline to Czech

Republic at start of the month is not unusual.

Nevertheless, the company has asked the Czech State Material

Reserves Administration in to negotiate potential loan of oil

from reserves, it said.
