04:45 PM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ormat Technologies ( ORA ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.41 per diluted share, down from $0.42 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.39.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $249.7 million, up from $211.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $233.3 million.

The company said it continues to expect full-year 2025 revenue in the range of $960 million and $980 million compared with the earlier forecast of $935 million to $975 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $959.4 million.

Ormat's ( ORA ) shares were up 2.49% in Monday's after-hours activity.
