03:28 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ormat Technologies ( ORA ) said late Wednesday an underwritten secondary offering of 3.7 million of its common shares on behalf of ORIX was priced at $76.20 per share.

The company said Goldman Sachs ( GS ) , the offering's manager and underwriter, will have a 30-day option to acquire up to 555,000 additional shares from ORIX.

Ormat ( ORA ) said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
