Orrstown Financial Services, Codorus Valley Bancorp Merger Gets Shareholder Approval

04:32 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Orrstown Financial Services ( ORRF ) and Codorus Valley Bancorp ( CVLY ) said late Thursday both companies have received shareholder approval for their planned merger.

Orrstown shareholders also approved the issuance of shares of Orrstown common stock to Codorus Valley shareholders.

The merger will likely close in Q3.
