OrthoPediatrics Reports Preliminary Q3 Revenue of $61.2 Million, Revises 2025 Guidance

06:03 PM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OrthoPediatrics ( KIDS ) said late Thursday that it reported preliminary Q3 net revenue of $61.2 million, up 12% from $54.6 million a year ago.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $63.6 million.

Domestic revenue climbed 14% to $48.7 million, international revenue rose 6% to $12.5 million, and Q3 revenue excluding 7D capital sales increased 17% to $60.7 million.

For 2025, OrthoPediatrics ( KIDS ) now forecasts revenue of $233.5 million to $234.5 million, slightly below prior guidance of $237 million to $242 million, due to timing uncertainties in 7D capital and Latin/South America sales, the company said.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $239.4 million for 2025.

The company reaffirmed adjusted EBITDA guidance of $15 million to $17 million, with full audited Q3 results are expected on Oct. 28.
