Orvana Minerals Increases Gold Equivalent Production in Fiscal Q1

07:40 AM EST, 01/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orvana Minerals ( ORVMF ) reported Friday an increase in gold equivalent production for its fiscal first quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025.

The company produced 10,576 gold equivalent ounces during the quarter from the Orovalle operation in Spain, rising from 9,694 gold equivalent ounces produced a year ago.

Gold production increased to 9,308 ounces from 7,631 ounces, copper output fell to 706,000 pounds from 1.1 million pounds, and silver production was down to 31,007 ounces from 33,306 ounces.

Orvana said the Orovalle mine remains on track to meet its fiscal 2026 production guidance.

Meanwhile, the company said it continues to advance the oxides stockpile project at its Don Mario operation in Bolivia. Initial dore production is expected to commence in February.

Orvana also said it is progressing to the next phase of its exploration program at the Taguas project in Argentina, expecting to drill about 4,500 meters through April.
