07:16 AM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Orvana Minerals ( ORVMF ) overnight Thursday said it swung to a fourth-quarter loss.
The company reported a loss of $2.6 million, or $0.02 per share, from a profit of $3.1 million, or $0.02 per share, last year.
Net revenue fell by 3% to $28.8 million. The decrease was primarily due to lower gold, copper and silver
production and sales volume, partially off-set by higher prices of all metals.
Orvana produced 11,862 gold equivalent ounces during the quarter, down from 15,567 last year.
The company also released its 2025 guidance for the Orovalle operations in Spain, which is forecast to produce between 37,000 to 41,000 ounces of gold. It produced 36,488 ounces of gold in fiscal 2024.
