Oscar Health Shares Surge After Co-Founder Joshua Kushner Purchases Additional Stake

01:12 PM EST, 11/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oscar Health ( OSCR ) shares were up over 18% in recent trading Thursday after director, co-founder and vice chairman, Joshua Kushner, purchased about 1.1 million shares of the company.

The shares were purchased for about $14.4 million, according to a regulatory filing.

Kushner now controls about 5.8 million Oscar Health ( OSCR ) shares.

Price: 16.00, Change: +2.52, Percent Change: +18.69
