Oshkosh Q3 Adjusted Earnings Rise; Sales Fall; Annual Outlook Revised -- Shares Down Pre-Bell

07:41 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oshkosh (OSK) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $3.20 per diluted share, up from $2.93 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.10.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $2.69 billion, down from $2.74 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.84 billion.

For 2025, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $10.50 to $11 on net sales of $10.3 billion to $10.4 billion. Analysts are looking for $11.03 and $10.56 billion, respectively.

Oshkosh previously projected full-year adjusted EPS at $11 on net sales of $10.6 billion.

The company kept its quarterly cash dividend at $0.51 per share, payable Dec. 1 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 17.

Its shares were down 4.5% in recent premarket activity.
