11:16 AM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oshkosh (OSK) said Wednesday it agreed to acquire Ausacorp, a privately held international company and manufacturer of wheeled dumpers, forklifts and telehandlers.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

After the acquisition, Ausacorp will become part of the company's access segment, Oshkosh said, adding the deal is expected to close within 90 days, subject to customary closing conditions.

Shares of Oshkosh were up 0.5% in recent Wednesday trading.
