OSI Systems Names Ajay Mehra as Chief Executive

06:47 AM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OSI Systems ( OSIS ) said Thursday it has named Ajay Mehra as president and chief executive, effective Jan. 1.

Mehra, who currently serves as president of the company's security division and executive vice president of OSI, will succeed Deepak Chopra.

Chopra is the founder of the defense-focused producer of electronic systems and components. He will transition to executive chairman of the company's board.

Mehra joined OSI Systems ( OSIS ) in 1989 and oversaw the company's initial public offering as chief financial officer.
