OSI Systems Prices Upsized $300 Million Private Placement of 2029 Notes

04:13 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OSI Systems ( OSIS ) said late Tuesday it priced a $300 million private offering of 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2029 to qualified institutional buyers and increased its size from $275 million.

The company said it granted initial purchasers an option to purchase up to $50 million of additional notes.

The issuance and sale will likely settle on Friday, subject to customary closing conditions.
