10:20 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OSI Systems ( OSIS ) shares jumped 7.7% in recent Thursday trading after the company reported fiscal Q3 earnings and revenue that topped estimates by analysts.

Non-GAAP net income in the three months ended March 31 climbed to $2.44 per diluted share from $2.16 a year earlier, the company said Thursday.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.40.

Revenue rose to $444.4 million from $405.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $436.5 million.

The company raised fiscal year non-GAAP earnings guidance to a range of $9.15 to $9.45 per diluted share on revenue of $1.69 billion to $1.715 billion. The previous forecasts were EPS of $9.10 to $9.40 and revenue of $1.685 billion to $1.71 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $9.27 on revenue of $1.698 billion.
