09:00 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OSI Systems ( OSIS ) said Wednesday it has upsized and extended its senior secured credit facility by increasing the borrowing capacity to $825 million from $750 million.

The facility comprises a $725 million revolving credit facility and a $100 million term loan, the company said.

The amendment extends the maturity to July 2030 from December 2026, OSI Systems ( OSIS ) said.
