Osino Receives Namibian Nod to Acquisition by Shanjin

01:02 PM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Osino Resources ( OSIIF ) on Friday said the Namibian Competition Commission (NCC) approved its acquisition by Shanjin International Gold (formerly Yintai Gold) for $1.90 per share.

The transaction will close about August 29.

Osino received the last of the Chinese regulatory approvals on May 28.

Osino was last seen up $0.05 to $1.89 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
