Otis Worldwide Launches $2 Billion Share Repurchase Program

04:37 PM EST, 01/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Otis Worldwide ( OTIS ) said late Thursday its board has authorized a new $2 billion share repurchase program, effective immediately.

As part of the new authorization, the board canceled the remaining $100 million from the previous program approved on Dec. 1, 2022.

Shares of the company rose 1.8% in recent after-hours activity.

Price: 94.89, Change: +1.69, Percent Change: +1.81
