07:55 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Outcrop Silver & Gold ( OCGSF ) on Friday appointed Robert Scott as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Scott, who takes over from Sunil Sharma, has spent the last 18 years as a senior officer and director of mineral exploration and development companies, including ValOre Metals (VO.V) and Riverside Resources (RRI.V).

Outcrop closed 8.6% lower on Thursday at $0.26 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
