08:45 AM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Outfront Media ( OUT ) said Tuesday that board member Nick Brien has been appointed as interim chief executive officer, starting Feb. 10.

Brien will continue to serve on the company's board during his tenure, the company said.

The company also said it is considering Brien and other candidates for the permanent CEO role as part of a global search.

Meanwhile, Outfront said Chief Financial Officer Matthew Siegel will take on additional operational responsibilities.
