Outlook Therapeutics Reports Secondary Share Offering

05:24 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Outlook Therapeutics ( OTLK ) reported late Monday its stockholders may sell up to about 21.43 million shares, including some 12.86 million shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants, with the filing of a registration statement.

The company said that it is not selling any shares under the prospectus.

Shares of the company were more than 3% lower in after-hours activity.
