OverActive Media Expands Into China With Movistar KOI

09:45 AM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OverActive Media ( OAMCF ) on Friday said it will launch Movistar KOI across China's top social media and streaming platforms, ensuring direct fan engagement and localized content tailored to Chinese audiences.

"Expanding into China is an important step for OverActive Media ( OAMCF ) and part of our strategy to grow in the biggest esports market in the world," said OverActive Media ( OAMCF ) Chief Executive Adam Adamou.

The company said digital rollout includes micro-blogging platform Weibo and video-sharing platform Bilibili.

Shares of the company were last seen up 5.6% at $0.285 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
