07:59 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Owens Corning ( OC ) said Wednesday its board authorized a new share repurchase program for up to 12 million common shares of the company.

The authorization is in addition to a previously announced program in which about 5.7 million shares remained available for repurchase as of March 31, the company said.

Owens Corning ( OC ) shares were up 1.2% in recent premarket activity.
