06:18 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Owens Corning ( OC ) and Masonite International ( DOOR ) said late Monday that the expiration of their tender offer and consent solicitation in relation to a proposed acquisition of Masonite's shares was extended by one more day.

The offer and solicitation will now expire on Tuesday at 5 p.m., from the previous deadline of Monday at 5 p.m., the companies said. The early participation deadline has been extended to Tuesday at 5 p.m.

Owens Corning ( OC ) had previously agreed to acquire all of Masonite's outstanding shares.
