05:51 PM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Owlet (OWLT) said Tuesday its vice president, financial planning and analysis, Amanda Twede Crawford, will assume the role of chief financial officer, succeeding Kate Scolnick, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.

Scolnick will work in an advisory capacity through September, the firm said.

Owlet said it will release its Q2 results Aug. 12.
