Oxford Industries Fiscal Q4 Swings to Loss, Revenue Falls; Issues Fiscal 2026 Guidance

04:41 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oxford Industries ( OXM ) reported a fiscal Q4 adjusted loss late Thursday of $0.09 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $1.37 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected earnings of $0.02.

Net sales for the three months ended Jan. 31 fell to $374 million from $391 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $371.9 million.

For fiscal Q1, the company expects adjusted EPS of $1.20 to $1.30 on revenue of $385 million to $395 million. Analysts expect $1.61 and $389 million, respectively.

For fiscal 2026, Oxford Industries ( OXM ) expects adjusted EPS of $2.10 to $2.70 on revenue of $1.475 billion to $1.530 billion. Analysts project $2.64 and $1.50 billion, respectively.
